Has fly bridge with bimini top and all skirting is done with Sunbrella material. New stringers in engine room and new bottom done summer 2002. Cabin remodeled including privacy blinds on all windows (the kind that DON'T have open slats) vertical blinds on the sliding door, new appliances, oven, microwave and full size refrigerator,still have user manuals for appliances,AC and DC ceiling lights, Pantry in galley, new floor and new carpet throughout 2 � years ago. (Carpet is in very good condition, not faded or worn but does need cleaning , right now we have it covered with area rugs). It has full shower, head, and vanity with large mirror and sliding doors underneath. Master stateroom has full size bed, 6 drawer dresser, 2 closets, mounted 13 inch TV, full length mirror and smaller mirror. This is a fully self contained houseboat, we have lived on it for over 2 years very comfortably while in the slip and out on the water. We're moving to Florida and have bought a larger boat so this one MUST SELL !!!!
