She is very solid, has a new topcoat, and one layer of bottom kote. We are located in Indiana and have sailed two summers on Lake Michigan. Pictures are available upon request but it is best to see it in person. Comes with VHS, autohelm, microwave, lifejackets, alcohol stove, sailbags, spare sails, and lots of FUN!
